Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule. We endeavor to keep you up to date about the status of your order. Delivery will take place within 3-5 working days if the delivery address is in South Africa. For international deliveries please allow for up to 21 working days.
When you confirm a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refunding of monies (whether charged to your credit card or in any other way paid), is limited by our Terms & Conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all of our Terms and Conditions. Once payment is made for a purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood these terms and conditions for such a purchase. We charge a flat rate of R99 for orders under R499. Orders over the value of R499 are shipped free of charge to all major centers within South Africa. Please note that deliveries to rural or outlying areas, mines and game reserves may incur additional costs anddelivery may take longer. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address from the outset, as title and risk are passed on to you once your order has left our premises. Packages are occasionally returned to us as undeliverable, should this occur, every attempt will be made to contact you and arrange for re-delivery.
We charge a base rate of R2500.00 (ZAR) for international shipping however we reserve the right to send a second invoice for the excess shipping cost should your purchased items weigh more than 2kgs.

Lingerie & Leisure offers a full return, exchange and refund policy, if the item is damaged, or the incorrect size. Due to the intimate nature of our products all returns must have the hygeine stickers in place and the original tags must still be attached to the items.

All garments must be returned unworn and with their original tags and hygeine stickers attached.
If you order the incorrect size, we will replace with a new size, depending on stock availability. If we do not have a replacement, we will issue a credit note, or provide a refund. You will be responsible for the collection cost, which will be deducted from your credit note or refund.
If the garment you receive is damaged, we will arrange collection and either refund the full amount or replace it with a new garment at our cost.
Refunds are done into your bank account of choice, via EFT. They are processed as soon as we receive your return.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for general wear and tear, or for incorrect wash care.
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). The total price of your order includes VAT and shipping costs. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
